Description
The invitation package for the 2025 SAGE Awards & Gala was designed to harmonize with the venue, The Ziegfeld Ballroom, renowned for its Art Deco architecture and opulent ambiance. The design pays homage to the Art Deco aesthetic while incorporating a contemporary twist by depicting LGBTQ+ elders in a stained glass style.
The artistic elements of the invitation were extended to the in-room art by creating portraits of LGBTQ+ elders and activists. The video footage of these portraits was displayed on the side walls of the ballroom, thereby creating a cohesive and immersive experience for the attendees.
SAGE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential services and support to LGBTQ+ elders as they navigate the challenges of aging gracefully.
