Mission Briefing

ViewShift had a strong platform, but they needed a web presence that felt distinct and could explain a complex offering without overwhelming people.

Our task was to create a brand and marketing site that could guide different audiences to the right content path, while giving the internal team a publishing system they could actually move fast with.

Deliverables

  • Brand and Logo Development
  • Website Design
  • Custom WordPress Block Theme
  • Resource Filtering + Content Discovery Tools

Audience Profile

The ViewShift site was built for key decision-makers across three core groups:

  • Brands that need a faster, evidence-backed way to make creative decisions
  • Agencies testing and optimizing campaigns under tight timelines
  • Nonprofits looking for affordable ways to validate messaging and understand audience response

It also needed to work for ViewShift's own marketing and product teams, with a publishing workflow they could update without developer bottlenecks.

Orbital Analysis

We built the site as a fully custom WordPress block theme, based on the design system from Figma. In practice, that meant the ViewShift team got a consistent visual foundation they could keep using as the platform and messaging evolved.

For the branding, we wanted to create a look and feel of a scandinavian mid-century modern aesthetic to help the marketing stand out in a sea of cookie-cutter SaSS product marketing sites.

To make content creation easier, we built a reusable set of page sections, including:

  • Hero and section layouts
  • Testimonial sections and cards
  • Icon and information cards
  • Step-by-step process layouts
  • Accordion and slideshow content panels

A major focus was helping people find what they needed quickly. We built an expanded top navigation with editable mega menus for “Platform” and “Audiences,” along with mobile-friendly behavior and clear call-to-action paths. That made it easier for visitors to self-select the content most relevant to them, while keeping menus simple for editors to manage.

For long-form and resource content, we also added features that made reading and browsing easier:

  • Optional sticky table of contents for longer pages
  • Category filters to help people quickly find the right resources
  • Fully clickable resource cards and cleaner mobile layouts

We also made day-to-day publishing easier for the team, including safer logo/icon uploads, more flexible buttons with icon options, and cleaner author information so content is easier for both people and search engines to understand.

The result is a clearer, more confident marketing platform: a distinct brand presence, a stronger product story, and a content system the ViewShift team can comfortably manage in-house.
